2008-03-21 PKP Cargo S.A. and Węglokoks S.A. signed an agreement for transport services During the press conference, that was held in the first half of March, Wojciech Balczun, the President of the Board of PKP Cargo S.A., and Piotr Kozioł, the President of the Board of Węglokoks S.A signed an agreement for rendering transporting services for the next three years. The value of the contract is estimated for the amount of about 1 billion PLN.

PKP Cargo S.A. is the biggest carrier on Polish railway market, and second biggest in the European Union. The company realizes the orders for conventional, and combined transportation, heavy and dangerous transportation, both in national and international traffic. In the company's offer there are also traction and train services connected with rental and maintenance of locomotives and carriages as well as logistic and shipping services.
