2008-05-20 The 3rd Festival of Advertising Posters in Kraków ends The third edition of the Festival of Advertising Posters Barbakan 2008 in Kraków has finished. The first prize went to Przemysław Bukowski from Dąbrowa Górnicza, a graduate of Graphic Design in the Academy of Arts in Katowice. Bukowski’s poster has a chance to be a part of the summer campaign promoting sobriety. Dorota Marciniak from Łódź, a gradutate of the local Academy of Arts gains second award. Third place went to Wojciech Zatorski, also from Łódź, a graduate of the Institute of Industrial Forms of the National College of Arts in Łódź.

The organizers of the Festival were: Izba Gospodarcza Reklamy Zewnętrznej (Economic Chamber of Outdoor Advertising), The Advertising and Outdoor Office Koneser from Kraków, , the Historic Museum of Kraków and the city of Kraków.
